Parts Dept Customer Service Rep

Premier Equipment are a distributor of crushing and screening machinery in the New England region. We are seeking a high energy customer service oriented individual for our parts dept. Must be self-motivated, team player and have a sense of urgency. If you have an outgoing personality, good common sense, and enjoy helping others, then this is an industry for you!
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Handle inbound/outbound parts calls.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve their satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Candidates should exhibit the ability to actively participate as a member of a team to provide STELLAR service to our customers, both internal and external.
- Industry experience a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment essential.
- Experienced in user parts/service manuals to look up parts.
